How to Order

  1. To see a larger picture of the item you are interested in, click the item photo or the item title.
  2. When you are ready to place your order, select the applicable product options and click the "add to cart" button.
  3. After you add your items to the shopping cart, click on the checkout button. An area will appear where you may enter your billing and shipping addresses.
  4. Once complete, you will be prompted to review your order and shipping information.
  5. At this time, please make sure everything is correct before you process your order and payment.
  6. When everything is completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email.

If you make a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Your payment details are entered on the Paypal site. This means that your credit card transactions are completely safe. We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our site.

Shipping

Shipments take about 4-10 business days by USPS. Shipping and handling fees apply to every order and are shown during the order process. Shipping areas include the United States only.

1. Buy 3 - Ship for Free. Purchase 3 or more packages of My Drink Labels or $20 of our products and we'll pay the shipping (standard shipping only).

2. Most orders are shipped within 72-hours after purchase, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

International Shipping

Sorry, at this time, we only ship within the United States.

Sales Tax

All Michigan residents are required to pay sales tax on products purchased through our Web site. Michigan sales tax will be automatically calculated on applicable orders.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return it for a refund (or an exchange) within 15-days from the date of delivery. All returned products must be in original selling condition and include original packaging or no refund will be granted. As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll refund you the total cost of the product less shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned product.

We're sorry, but large and/or special orders cannot be returned.

When returning a product, you must include your original order invoice (or a copy of the email statement) along with your name, address and contact information to the address below:
